The Forum is organized by ACEG - the Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers, in collaboration with Intelligent Solution and Hogan Lovells.

The official language of the forum is English. Please note, that no simultaneous translation services will be available.
Description of the Forum
The Forum is designed to facilitate dynamic discussions and collaborations within the construction industry. Our panels will delve into key topics such as major infrastructure and construction projects, project management best practices, drafting FIDIC-based contracts, claims management, dispute resolution strategies, and advancements in associations, certification, and education within the construction sector.

Registration and Payment
The Forum is a paid event.
The standard registration fee is EUR 100 (+18% VAT).
ACEG members and members of our supporting organizations are eligible for a discounted registration fee of EUR 70 (+18% VAT). If you are a member of one of the listed supporting organizations, please refer to them for your exclusive discount code.
Government officials / representatives of Ministries and state-owned entities are granted complimentary registration, with no fee required.
Upon completing your registration, you will receive an invoice detailing the payment process. We kindly request that payment be made according to the instructions provided in the invoice.

Payment is required in advance of the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission or withhold materials if payment is not received.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. If you cancel your registration, we'll need to retain a 20% fee to cover administrative costs. However, if you cancel within 7 days of the event, unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of ACEG, Intelligent Solution and/or Hogan Lovells to change the contents or timing of the programme, the speakers, the date, or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by ACEG, Intelligent Solution and/or Hogan, we will automatically make a full refund.
